Identity verification

In order for OANDA to set up your account, please provide all of the following documents for ID and address verification.

You can scan and email your identification cards to: or fax us +65-6557-2969.

Please only use “JPEG”, “GIF”, or “PDF” formats for sending your identification cards by email.

Individual Companies Partnerships / Trusts
1 Piece of Government-Issued Photo Identification such as:
- Passport
- Identity Card
- Driver’s License		 * * *
1 Document with Address Confirmation such as:
- Utility Bill from Company,
- Credit Card Statement from Bank Statement		 * * *
The Appropriate Resolution Form * *
The Partnership Agreement or Trust Instruments as applicable * *

Important Notes: Valid forms of ID include a government-issued photo ID (e.g. Driver’s license or passport) along with a document that confirms your address. Please ensure that the address on one of the IDs matches the address information provided on your account application.

For Government-issued photo ID, the identification number, date of issue and expiry date must be visible on the copy or the scan you send to us.

For companies, the photo identification must be an officer or director of the company listed on the Resolution Form.

For Partnerships or Trusts, the photo identification must be the managing partner of the partnership or trustee of the trust listed on the Resolution Form.
