If you’re having difficulties, chances are the information you need is already online:

Sign in to the Funds Management System to withdraw funds from, transfer funds between, or let OANDA know you are depositing funds to your fxTrade accounts. This system provides detailed instructions (including OANDA addresses and account information for wiring funds). (See the fxTrade Accounts FAQ for more information.)

To find out about deposits and withdrawals you’ve already requested, use the Fund Inquiry Form.

Training for fxTrade and MT4 takes place in the OANDA Asia Pacific office on either Tuesday or Thursdays evenings (from 6:30 pm). The training dates in the upcoming months are:
