Visiting the OANDA Asia Pacific officeOur office is open from Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Visits are strictly by appointment only. If you wish to speak to us at our office on any account or platform-related issues, please contact us via phone or email to book an appointment with one of our Account Managers. If you would like to open a live trading account on that day, we highly recommend that you bring along two photo identification cards (such as identity card, driver's license or passport). You will need to: 1. Deposit your photo identification card at the OUE Bayfront reception desk for a temporary building access pass. 2. Submit a copy (front and back) of your photo identification card to complete your account registration.
